We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our growing team in our Philadelphia office.
The HR Assistant will assist the Director of HR with recruiting and on-boarding tasks. They will also act as backup to the Operations team.
- Post ads to our recruiting software and other job boards.
- Review resumes and contact candidates.
- Schedule candidates for Zoom or in-person interviews with partners and staff.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees including coordinating start date, sending out new hire paperwork, completing background checks, create onboarding schedule, etc.
- Manage recruiting with local law schools including setting up on-campus interviews and out of cycle interviewing.
- Manage social media posts and firm website.
- Assist with benefits meetings and enroll employees in benefits.
- Assist with development of standard operating procedures and guides.
- Plan company events and activities.
- Calendar management.
- Provide back-up and cross-functional support of operations team members as needed.
- Various other HR projects including the firm newsletter and monthly calendar.
- At least one year of experience as a recruiter, or in another relevant administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on a team
- Strong MS Office skills
