We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our team with administrative and human resources functions.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, including substantial experience in human resources. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a variety of tasks independently, managing administrative duties, and providing HR support. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence. Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
Human Resources Assistance: Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration. Assist with HR-related inquiries and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Use Microsoft Teams for communication, collaboration, and project management.
Independent Work: Handle tasks autonomously, prioritize workload, and solve problems effectively. Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in all assignments.
Record Keeping: Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and electronic. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly and professionally.
Project Support: Assist with special projects and events as needed, including research, coordination, and implementation.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, with a solid background in human resources.
Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Independence: Ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Working Conditions:
This position is based in the metro Atlanta area.
Occasional flexibility in hours may be required to meet business needs.
