Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking Immediate Employment for an Office Administrative Assistant that will assist in our day to day operations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Enter, organize, file and scan customer orders
- Answer inbound phone calls
- Assist Office Manager in additional daily office duties including but not limited to:
- Light book keeping
- Accounts Payables / Accounts Receivables
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in an office administration or other related fields
- Ability to multitask and time manage day to day tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge with QuickBooks as well as Microsoft Word & Excel
