Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations and Business Development Coordinator to join our team. This multifaceted role combines administrative support, business development, operations management, and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and have a strong understanding of the music instruction journey our clients embark on.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support:

  - Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling.

  - Maintain and organize company records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  - Assist with client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

-Business Development:

  - Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our client base.

  - Implement strategies to acquire new students and increase enrollment.

  - Assist in marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

- Operations Management:

  - Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the business.

  - Coordinate with music teachers and clients to match schedules and manage logistics.

  - Ensure a seamless experience for both teachers and students throughout the instructional process.

- Accounts Payable and Receivables:

  - Handle questions in accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

 - Reconcile monthly financial statements and manage billing inquiries.

  - Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.

 

Qualifications:

 

- Previous experience in administrative support, business development, operations, or accounting.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks software.

- A working knowledge of the music education industry is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
