Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Rate Setting: Conduct thorough market research to determine optimal rental rates, taking into account factors such as local competition, market trends, and property condition.
  • Tenant Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants, including advertising, referrals, and lease negotiations.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the collection of rents, payment of bills, and preparation of annual budgets, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and timely.
  • Property Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure that all properties are well-maintained, including routine repairs, renovations, and landscaping.
  • Security and Risk Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security and safety of our properties and tenants, including the use of security devices and emergency response plans.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and analyses to provide insights into property performance, market trends, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in property management.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in property management software and systems.
