We have an immediate opportunity for a Project Coordinator for a Construction Company in the Northern Utah area. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. This is an in-office position.

Requirements & Skills:

  • At least 2-7 years of experience performing project coordinating experience in the construction industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Construction terminology knowledge
  • Experience with tracking change orders, RFI’s, scheduling, and assisting with estimating
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal and external coworkers
  • Update and pull reports from internal and external databases
  • Critical thinking, judgment, decision-making, follow-up, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have good math aptitude
  • Strong proficiency using Microsoft Suites, to include Excel and OneDrive
