As a liaison between our estimators, project managers, and field teams, you will play a crucial role in the planning, management, and administration of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Ensure timely and accurate contract routing, execution, and filing.
  • Payment and Performance Bonds: Coordinate with stakeholders to secure payment and performance bonds as required.
  • Document Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date plans, submittals, and contract documents.
  • Subcontract Management: Review quotes, create and distribute contact lists, and conduct site visits to verify subcontractor quantities.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to project teams, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
