Summary/objective

Support Stone Shop and Elite Builder Services by coordinating all work from start to finish

Essential Functions

Scheduling & Inputting Work Orders:

  • Schedule Template and Install dates for DR Horton (11 tracts right now, more are coming)
  • Input work orders in Job Tracker and in Roll Master from start to finish
  • Contacting Superintendents
  • Order material with the permission of Priscilla or Javier for standard or upgraded material
  • Assign standard material to jobs
  • Schedule template and install dates for Elite (All tracts that use slabs)
  • Elite work order inputting into JT and RM. I only do some in RM if it takes standard material and a couple of work orders.
  • Double checking Elite WOs in Job Tracker for Elite Project Coordinators.
  • Scheduling all return trips/job issues/warranties for DRH and Elite

Receiving:

  • Checking in all delivery trucks daily
  • Check for saved slabs to RTV (Office Manager mainly does the RTVs)
  • Checking out RTV slabs onto trucks
  • Receiving all material that arrives at Stone Shop (slabs, sinks, plywood, etc.)
  • Emailing sales reps when the material arrives
  • Making tags for slabs and making sure they go to the correct jobs
  • Checking inventory: Matching what is in the slab yard to Roll Master and counting standard slabs for ordering purposes

Work environment: Office and warehouse

Required education and experience:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Computer literate, Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
  • Project coordinating skills
  • Pays attention to detail

  • Rollmaster
