Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with Project Managers to produce and submit proposals to clients
  • Assists Project Managers in preparing ASRs (Additional Services Requests) and maintains and tracks records.
  • Processes and performs administrative pre-review on client contracts for execution.
  • Processes Sub-consultant contracts and Certificate of Insurance requests
  • Enters project set-ups in Liquid Planner, the project management system
  • Maintain accurate records of all project information for documentation, clarification, and presentation to management
  • Coordinates the contract review and execution process, prepares and maintains templates for standard documents
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking project progress, scheduling, and status.
  • Provide office support including office supply and snack order, ensuring the office is organized and clean, and coordinating delivery of packages/mail
  • Perform other projects and duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ experience of project administration experience.
  • Experience in Ajera and Liquid Planner project management software preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiar with MS suite products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
