Position Overview
Our partner, ThisWay, is in search of a Construction Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in managing projects within the water and wastewater construction sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing financial management and "Work In Progress" forecasts
  • Directing on-site personnel
  • Strategizing and organizing project timelines
  • Building and sustaining client relationships
  • Negotiating procurement of materials
  • Implementing and upholding safety standards on-site
  • Controlling project expenditures
  • Monitoring labor forecasts
  • Administering contract negotiations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • 7-10 years of experience in the construction field

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000
