We work with owners of small businesses to help them be better organized, more profitable, and save on taxes. We provide services including monthly write up, tax prep and planning, payroll processing, business advice and consultation. Our unique systems and quality staff keep workflow running smoothly throughout the year. Our clients depend on our expertise and our commitment to personal service. Because we are a small firm, our employees play an integral role in our clients' success, which our team finds fulfilling and rewarding.

 

Position Overview:

· Management of 1-5 employees based on the time of year and needs of the business.

· Be an active member of our Management Team. We meet regularly to continue our growth and development as a firm and rely on each member of the team to share their unique perspectives and ideas.

· Bookkeeping and accounting

· Financial statement review and preparation

· Tax planning and preparation

· Building and maintaining excellent relationships with our small business clients through excellent customer service and client relationships

· Ensure standard operating procedures are maintained to ensure our processes are as efficient and streamlined as possible so we can best meet the needs of our clients

 

Schedule:

This is a full-time position. Flexibility with the schedule is available to accommodate needs such as family obligations. We are committed to work-life balance.

Our office is located at 936 OH-28, Milford, OH 45150

 

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance

· CPA designation required

· 8 years of accounting experience, public accounting preferred

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus

· Experience with QuickBooks online and Ultra tax a plus

  • In addition to standard bank holidays, we are also closed.
    • Fridays at noon from May 1st – December 31st
    • Friday before Memorial Day
    • Friday before Labor Day
    • We close at noon the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and are closed the Friday after
    • Christmas Eve
      • Other holidays result in additional days depending on what day of the week they occur.
      • Yes, they are all paid
  • We cover 75% of employee’s health insurance expense.
  • 90 hours of PTO (after 90-day eligibility period.)
  • 401k with match (eligible after 12 months and 1000 hours of service)
