Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Professional to join our team. As a Tax Professional, you will be responsible for conducting tax interviews with clients, preparing accurate and complete tax returns, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, share your expertise, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct tax interviews with clients to gather information and provide guidance on tax-related matters.
- Prepare accurate and complete tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
- Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
- Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
- Experience completing individual returns.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone, and in writing.
- High school diploma or equivalent or higher.
