Job Summary:We are seeking an in-house experienced and dynamic Regional Supply Chain Manager to lead our operation and to be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain planning systems to improve our planning processes and building reports to support supply planning functions over five countries. You will have the opportunity to own supply chain planning at the highest level for Hallmark’s fulfillment business. You will have a holistic view of supply and demand within the Hallmark team creating and implementing large scale strategic initiatives on inventory optimization, transportation cost, labor capacity management and more – all with the goal of better serving our customers and sales team. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Demand planning and inventory level 

  • Use inventory data for demand forecasting and to inform procurement decisions for each operation.
  • Establish dashboards to maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand on each operation while avoiding product shortage and overstocks.
  • Build on existing relationships with the supplier base.

2. S&0P

  • Together with the commercial and demand coordinator, analyze and interpret sales trends, market dynamics, sales team objectives and customer insights to anticipate demand fluctuations.
  • Continuously review and refine S&OPs to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

 3. Warehouse 

  • Oversee and manage daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping/receiving, and customer service.  

4. Traffic 

  •  Ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods, optimizing logistics networks to meet customer demands.

 5. Financial KPI 

  • Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, for each operation, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Head of Finance and Accounting to develop and manage operational budgets. 
  • Identify cost – saving opportunities and implement cost control measures without compromising quality or service levels in any operation. 

6. Distribution 

  • In coordination with the Corporate Head of Operations, maintain relationships with freight forwarders and transport partners-Selecting carriers, negotiating rates and contracts, and keeping up-to-date on efficient shipping routes and rates of each operation.  

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in Supply Chain management and Business Administration are required.
  • Minimum of 4 years proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in health, veterinary and consuming product industries. 
  • Additional minimum of 4 years proven experience leading high performance teams and being responsible for decision making in the supply chain area reporting to a board of directors or executive level.
  • Proficiency on advanced Excel and database tools, complete ERP proficiency, SAP or similar 
  • Experience on demand planning systems, S&OP strategies and decision-making tools.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise workload.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships inside the organization and externally 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Proven resilience skills and experience overcoming unfavorable scenarios
  • Spanish language skills will be considered a plus.
