Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the comprehensive short-term supply chain planning process (0-16 weeks), assessing any effects on supply management, including service and inventory metrics, production schedules, lead times, and minimum production runs.
  • Accountable for establishing and meeting the annual inventory strategy, determining safety stock levels, managing inventory tracking systems, and performing reconciliations (i.e., actual versus planned), while identifying and executing opportunities for inventory optimization that significantly impact cash flow and service levels.
  • Develop a clear understanding of the business unit's supply network, including management of supply limitations and proposing feasible scenarios.
  • Act as the representative for the Supply Planning team in relevant Integrated Business Planning (IBP) forums and facilitate short-term Supply Control meetings.
  • Monitor and analyze breakdown schedules for each manufacturing facility, assess capacity losses, and negotiate adjustments based on demand fluctuations.
  • Manage capacity challenges, leading pre-production activities before shutdowns, maintenance, and project transitions.
  • Continuously track service level objectives, proactively addressing potential risks to meet targets, and investigate the root causes of service disruptions, collaborating closely with the planning team to uphold standards.
  • Support the commercial transformation agenda by reviewing projects to assess feasibility and potential impacts on capacity, service, costs, and raw materials necessary for setting up supply chains for new product developments.
  • Focus on new product development innovation volumes, conducting weekly and monthly supply and demand reconciliations with demand and raw material teams, while supporting gate and change schedules from a supply planning perspective.
  • Regularly monitor and prepare analytical insights to enhance process capabilities, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of the business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering.
  • Proficiency in English and Turkish.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for fostering strong relationships with internal teams and other departments.
  • Experience in team leadership and planning is required.
  • Customer-focused with a solid understanding of basic Marketing, Sales, and Production principles.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, completing tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Project management experience and/or familiarity with PepsiCo's stage-gate process for New Product Introductions is advantageous.
  • Experience with supply chain planning tools.
