Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Lead generation at RTM Software Solutions. The Lead Generator will be responsible for providing leads and, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is based in Houston, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. Paid via commission****** Rates can be negotiated based on experience.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in Oil & Gas or Chemical industry required***
  • Prior experience in sales or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of the software industry and technology solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred OR 4 years of Experience selling software in the Oil & Gas industry.
