Property Manager for an international home leasing company located in Irvine CA. 

Direct Hire position. Pay range is $80 - $100K, depending on experience, plus benefits. Work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.  

Seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of service and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relations, property maintenance, and the on-site team in their designated region. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional living experiences for our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all tenant requests within the jurisdiction, facilitate communication with clients, and assist with the check-in process.
  • Provide assistance and resolve any issues tenants may encounter during their stay.
  • Build and lead a property management team responsible for inspections, repairs, and cleaning to ensure properties are in excellent condition for tenant occupancy.
  • Recruit, train, and manage cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure quality standards are met and most repair issues are resolved promptly; escalate complex issues to professional technicians as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule property check-ins, check-outs, and bimonthly inspections to ensure the smooth operation of the inspection system without glitches.
  • Conduct regular property assessments, offering recommendations for property upgrades to enhance tenant satisfaction and property value.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of Property Management experience. 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a
  • team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, construction standards, and property maintenance.
  • Proficient in using property management software and other related technology.
  • High school diploma required; further education or certifications in property management or related fields preferred.
