Position Overview:
As a Training Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing innovative training programs tailored to our property management objectives. Your focus will be on identifying educational gaps, developing engaging curricula, and leading impactful training sessions that empower our teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and enhance training materials to improve employee performance.
• Research and implement new training resources to optimize learning experiences.
• Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
• Collaborate with on-site staff and team members to address training requirements.
• Create and oversee leadership development initiatives for junior staff.
• Tailor training solutions to address specific challenges and foster learning.

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in training and development, preferably within Property Management.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a knack for prioritization.
• Creative problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient research skills to source relevant training content.
• High emotional intelligence and a deep understanding of effective teaching strategies.
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
