POSITION: We are currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager for one of our premier self-storage locations. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, ready to contribute to our growing self-storage operations. This full-time role requires availability for five days a week, including weekends.

The Assistant Property Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the facility manager with various responsibilities, including maintenance oversight, customer service, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the storage center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in renting storage units and preparing lease agreements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to meet client needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility at all times.
  • Accurately track rent collections and retail sales, ensuring timely deposits.
  • Conduct operations of the self-storage facility in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail or customer service environments.
  • Strong sales and customer service abilities.
  • Availability to work weekends is essential.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and insurance.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer competitive pay, with a starting rate of $20.00 per hour based on experience, along with commission opportunities on sales contracts and monthly retail sales.
