POSITION: We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager for our self-storage facility. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and enthusiastic individual who is eager to contribute to our team. This full-time position requires working five days a week, including weekends.

The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the facility's operations, focusing on customer relations, maintenance, and administrative duties to ensure smooth daily functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in renting storage units and preparing lease agreements.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to meet client needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility at all times.
  • Accurately manage rent collections and retail sales, ensuring timely deposits.
  • Conduct operations of the storage facility in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail or customer service environments.
  • Strong sales and customer service abilities.
  • Willingness to work weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer competitive pay, with hourly rates starting at $20.00 based on experience, along with commission opportunities on sales contracts and monthly retail sales.
