We are seeking a Sales/Business Development professional who is local to the New Jersey area to help bring new business to our fast-growing company.

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities.
  • Responsible for execution of the business development lifecycle – networking, lead generation, opportunity, identification, and qualification.
  • Assess business needs of each individual prospect and build proposals accordingly.
  • Have knowledge of the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry, specifically customer experience and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) industry.
  • Create and manage go-to-market strategies and initiatives.
  • Participate in the interactive Sales enablement process to  provide the team with the resources they need to close more deals. These resources may include content, tools, knowledge, and information to effectively sell your product or service to customers.
  • Takes an active role in the creation of or maintenance of the  sales collateral.

  • Ability to achieve sales goals and quotas
  • Problem solver: educate prospects in a consultative manner and provide a solution
  • Ability to sell enterprise services (B2B)
  • Self- starter with the ability to work independently and part of a team

Qualifications, Requirements and Characteristics: 

  • Familiarity with industry CRM platforms (Zendesk, Gorgias, Kustomer, Gladly) a strong preference 

Availability:

  • Full Time position (salaried)
  • Weekdays
  • Office is located in Columbus, Ohio (we are currently working remotely)
  • Applicants must have strong internet connection to support systems.

Physical Requirements with or without reasonable accommodation: 

  • Ability to see, talk and hear in order to communicate with others to exchange information verbally and in writing -- via phone, email, chat, SMS.
  • Ability to operate a computer/laptop and a headset. 
  • Ability to perform all duties of the job while sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods of time (i.e. for the duration of an 8 hr shift)
