Business Development Manager

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and client management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the staffing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and secure business opportunities to support new revenue growth for a specific geographic area
- Develop and implement sales strategies for new account prospects, active and inactive client accounts
- Achieve profit results in assigned areas consistent with predetermined forecasts/expectations
- Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business, including sales calls, competitive analysis, coordination of presentations and proposals, in-office demonstrations, direct mail campaigns, and follow-up activity
- Conduct prospective, active, and inactive account sales calls independently and jointly with branch office staff and management as prioritized by Manager
- Function as lead and primary sales resource on identified target accounts and create the account plan
- Support driving sales closure to shorten the sales cycle and ensure sales goals and objectives are met
- Analyze prospect requirements and needs to understand how Company products and services can be applied to meet these needs and resolve problems
- Establish contacts in the business community, including active participation in local networking events to increase brand recognition and awareness
- Record all business and sales activity in Company database as well as complete required activity reports
- Perform all other duties necessary to ensure the successful operation of the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the staffing industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software
Benefits & Pay:
- $55K - $75K plus commission based on results
