Position Overview: The Wholesale Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our wholesale business, building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, and driving sales performance. This role is crucial in scaling our operations and ensuring our products reach new markets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute wholesale strategies to drive growth and expand our customer base.
- Manage Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing wholesale clients to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate Contracts: Handle pricing, terms, and contract negotiations to secure favorable agreements for the company.
- Monitor Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales data to assess performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Coordinate Orders and Fulfillment: Oversee order processing, ensure timely delivery, and address any issues related to fulfillment.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in wholesale sales or a related role, preferably in the food industry.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of wholesale distribution channels and market dynamics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
