Role Overview
The Wholesale Coordinator role supports the Global Sales team at STAUD by upholding sample/office organization and completing administrative tasks. The candidate should be highly organized, self-motivated, with a positive attitude and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties
- Support the Sales team with the processing, maintenance, and organization of purchase orders via Joor and Full circle
- Support the Sales team during select markets with retail buyers and daily showroom maintenance.
- Manage quarterly shipments to NY for NY markets
- Manage showroom set up and breakdown for markets
- Uphold exemplary level of cleanliness, organization, and aesthetics in the LA office and sales showroom
- Support new season set-up in Joor and Full Circle following key deadlines
- Run weekly ATS reports and send to accounts to maximize on reorder opportunities
- Work closely with sales team on appointment outreach and new store targeting
- Support all retailer VPI and copy requests
- Audit major online retailer sites weekly to ensure product is uploaded correctly and to save any marketing features
- Assist the sales team answering daily inquiries via phone and email
- Support with preparation of presentations and decks related to sales and merchandising
- Visit local department stores weekly to provide support to the business through connecting with associates and floor maintenance
- Manage sample trafficking (requests, send outs, and returns)
Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills, & Education
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Highly personable and enthusiastic about product
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with competent presentation skills
- Must be thorough and detail oriented
- Previous experience with Joor and/or Nuorder is a plus
- Previous experience with Full Circle is a plus
- Previous wholesale or retail experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) O365 is a plus
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Physical and Mental Requirements
- Standing and sitting for extended periods of time.
- Lifting up to 25 pounds in a safe and prudent manner.
- Ability to easily move throughout an office with ease.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to effectively interact with others internally and externally.
- Ability to utilize office equipment in a safe and prudent manner, including a copy machine, fax machine, computer, telephone, and other general office equipment that may be used regularly.
- Ability to work with many different personalities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Correctable vision and hearing.
- Ability to work on-site, full-time.
