A global financial services company is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their office in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform general office duties such as travel and expense reporting 
  • Maintain complex and detailed calendars
  • Screen incoming calls and determine the level of priority, while using caution in dispensing information
  • Manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings
  • Work cooperatively with the administrative assistants team, in positive partnership to support each other smoothly

Requirements:

  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
