We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outreach Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, increasing awareness of our services, and facilitating access to care and community resources.

**Duties:**

- Generate leads from outside referral sources in the community.

- Develop and build referral relationships by telephone, email, and in-person visits.

- Utilize communication skills to engage with individuals, families, and communities to provide education, support, and resources.

- Increase awareness of our services and facilitate access to care.

- Collaborate and coordinate referral development actions and goals with staff involved in admissions activities.

- Utilize digital marketing tools to develop new ways to acquire clients while maintaining strict confidentiallity and excellent client care.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience working in the substance use and mental health field

- Experience working in Admissions, Outreach, and/or Alumni departments

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Proficiency in project management techniques.

- Familiarity with CRM systems for effective customer relationship management.

- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals.
