Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Regional Director of Community Engagement to enhance outreach initiatives in the local office
  • Design and execute tailored strategies for engaging churches, mobilizing volunteers, and advocating for community needs
  • Establish clear timelines, roles, and accountability measures to achieve sustainable objectives
  • Collaborate with Development and Marketing teams to formulate effective recruitment and communication plans
  • Assess and report on performance metrics related to outreach activities
  • Provide mentorship and oversight to team members involved in community engagement

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in volunteer coordination, church partnerships, or community outreach
  • Exceptional communication skills coupled with high emotional intelligence
  • Strong organizational skills and adept problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Social Work, Theology, or a related discipline
  • Experience working in diverse cultural settings
  • Valid Driver's License is mandatory
