We are seeking an Operations and Logistics Coordinator to become an integral part of our growing family-oriented company. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great small group of people and we need you The ideal candidate will have the knowledge and ability to perform clerical and administrative functions with intense accuracy and accustomed to being held accountable.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, purchase and coordinate the receipt, storage and distribution of various food items using QuickBooks Enterprise
  • Maintain sufficient product levels in two warehouses to accommodate sales orders
  • Accurately input Sales Orders and issue Pick Orders to warehouses while improving current procedures for better accuracy
  • Coordinate operations with warehouse managers and driver personnel
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a distribution/warehouse environment and at least 2 years of management experience in a related field
  • Advanced QuickBooks Enterprise experience is essential along with a clear understanding of the inventory module within QuickBooks
  • Customer-service experience a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • A high level of interpersonal skills is essential and ideally at least 2 years' experience working in a small office environment
  • Strong and proven computer skills in MS Office, particularly - Word, Excel, Outlook
