Responsibilities:

  • You will work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned territory to cultivate prospect accounts, nurturing and advancing them into sales opportunities.
  • Profile and manage HUBSPOT CRM daily.
  • Produce sales leads via 1). self-generation 2). BDR generated warm leads 3). Business referrals (associates).
  • Actively develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners.
  • Identify and establish potential channel partners.
  • Establish 100 - 150+ new connections/follow ups each week.
  • Maintain and/or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators.
  • Identify, collaborate and strategize with C-Suite level professionals on their business needs to introduce, expand and sell HR Partners products and services.
  • Represent HR Partners as the leading and best PEO/HRO/ASO provide.
  • Adhere to the HR Partners Core Competencies and Core Values model both inside and outside of the office.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Transitions new prospects to the client implementation team, staying on the meetings until the new client is launched.
  • Checking in on new clients once a month for the first 6 months Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to build your own book of business from prospecting, sourcing, establishing and maximizing partner and referral networks.
  • Position services and sell solutions by consulting with client executives, gaining commitment and coordinating implementation timelines.
  • Partner with the service team and internal departments to facilitate delivery of standard and customized services in a way that is appropriately sequenced to match client readiness and capacity.
  • Leverage internal resources to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals with a focus on impact.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and keep stakeholders informed of project status.
  • Maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjust effectively to new work structures, processes, requirements or cultures.
  • Must adjust effectively while working with different clients who have different structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
  • Meet regularly with the assigned service team to prepare for client presentations and develop result-oriented service plans.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a business environment.
  • PEO consulting experience (preferred).
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of employment and labor laws, workforce management best practices and procedures, and state/federal benefit regulations and benefits industry standards (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a consultative sales role.
  • Proven and documented sales track record with complex solution-based sales.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and understand a client's underlying business and organizational issues.
  • Outstanding ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Ability to identify, establish and develop new complex sales business.
  • Outstanding ability to hunt for new customers.
  • Proven dedication to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually evolving business and work environment while managing balancing priorities.
  • Must have experience managing relationships with senior leaders with varying styles in client organizations. Must have experience applying financial, industry and market trends to client situations. Must have demonstrated multi-account/matrix environment management experience.
  • Experience with technology and common software and web applications, including MS Office and CRMs.

    Education/Experience:

    A college degree is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don’t have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include:

    · One to two years of Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry; OR

    · Military experience where skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a “never lose” mentality will help you build relationships and achieve success.

    Bonus points for these: Preferred Qualifications

    · Prior quota-carrying, prospecting, and business development experience.

    · Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
