Position Overview:As a Business Development Associate at CabinetCorp, you will be instrumental in expanding our B2B client base and driving our business forward. You will use your strong background in B2B sales to identify new opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and support our sales team’s success. While experience in the construction or cabinet industry is a plus, it is not required. We are looking for individuals who are passionate, driven, and eager to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute innovative business development strategies to identify and secure new B2B opportunities in the cabinet industry.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
  • Generate Leads and Drive Sales: Identify potential clients through networking, industry events, and direct outreach, and work to convert leads into new business.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our design, production, and customer service teams to ensure that client requirements are met and projects are completed successfully.
  • Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare Sales Proposals and Presentations: Develop engaging proposals and presentations for prospective clients that highlight the benefits of partnering with CabinetCorp.
  • Track and Report on Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress towards goals, and provide regular updates and reports to management.

Qualifications:
  • B2B Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to engage clients and present compelling proposals.
  • Self-motivated and Results-Driven: A proactive approach to achieving sales targets and a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge (Preferred but Not Required): Familiarity with the construction or cabinet industry is a plus, but we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred): A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
