Primary Responsibilities:
Advise present and prospective customers on the most suitable company products and solutions by answering incoming inquiries and making outbound calls or emails.
Influence customers to purchase or retain company products or services by following the existing sales process and utilizing prepared profiling and qualifying questions or scripts.
- Document all profiling information, cross-selling results, marketing activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain sales operations by adhering to company policies and procedures and reporting any needed changes.
- Ensure quality customer service by following organizational standards and responding promptly.
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending regular product and solution training, reviewing publications, and potentially participating in customer events.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving related goals and completing duties as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of telecommunications skills and sales experience.
- Experience in selling technology solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Customer-focused and client-oriented.
- Experience in using CRM such as Salesforce, Hubspot.
- Proven sales closing skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented with a strong teamwork ethic.
- Understanding of computer networking technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
