  • We’re looking for Maintenance Administrator. The pay range we’re offering is based on experience.

Requirements:
  • Good written and verbal communication skills for daily interaction with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assignments and remain flexible to meet business and customer demands.
  • Flexible and responsive with a strong teamwork orientation.
  • Ability to effectively implement solutions or respond to change.
  • 1 – 5 years of relevant manufacturing analysis and process experience or minimum of 2-year college degree.
  • Practical experience in manufacturing processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, email systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and track maintenance records, project status, service agreements, building and safety inspections, and compliance matters.
  • Assist Purchasing Department with clerical duties pertaining to the Maintenance Department.
  • Manage inventory supply levels while sourcing products and suppliers within purchasing policies.
  • Issue Purchase Orders and needed, order supplies, and assist with approval and resolution of supplier invoices and discrepancies
The Location: This position is based in Kenosha, WI.
