We are looking to hire an Executive Director Administrator to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage records and information
- Plan and maintain work facilities
- Provide administrative assistance to management team
- Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
- Prepare new resident's admission paperwork
- Pay Pharmacy bills for each resident
- Assist with resident monthly budget
- Assuring ALL state regulations are followed
- Handle resident's complaints
- Orientation for new employees
- Responsible for supervisors and three houses
- Background checks
- Payroll
- Client cares
- On-Call one week out of the month
- Make sure cash box (residents) are balanced
- Follow up with medication reports
- Plan of corrections
Qualifications:
- CBRF Administrator License
- 2 + Years in and Administrator position
- Background in Marketing
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong communication skills
