1. Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee client documentation within our internal management system, ensuring all files are complete and organized.

  • Coordinate scheduling for staging, photography, and promotional events.
  • Compile and analyze weekly listing viewership reports.

  • Support the team leader in managing email correspondence and calendar appointments.
  • Procure office supplies as necessary.

2. Marketing Initiatives:

  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials as required.
  • Update the company website and Google business page with new listings and client testimonials.

3. Media Coordination:

  • Schedule and manage shoots for promotional content.
  • Engage with local businesses for potential features.
  • Conduct research for content development and script preparation.
  • Document behind-the-scenes activities during shoots.
  • Submit notes for editing and production purposes.

4. Client Engagement:

  • Participate in staging consultations and photo shoots.
  • Ensure all client paperwork is complete and accessible.
  • Deliver marketing materials and client gifts as needed.
  • Prepare presentation packets for listings and buyer consultations.
