Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile and self-motivated Area Customer Service Coordinator (ACSC) to join our team. This role requires traveling to various customer sites in the Tucson area to provide coverage and support for employees on leave or vacation. Responsibilities include handling mail, copying, scanning, reception duties, and managing printer fleets. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, capable of switching gears quickly, and comfortable working independently or with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel between multiple customer sites to provide coverage and support as needed.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including mail handling, copying, scanning, and reception duties.
  • Manage printer fleets and ensure smooth operation of office equipment.
  • Support Field Implementation Managers with the implementation of new accounts and service expansions.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and provide cross-training to peers.
  • Develop and maintain Site Procedure Guides, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure a customer-focused environment, engaging with end-users and gathering feedback.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer-related issues, escalating to management as necessary.
  • Maintain and accurately submit monthly expenses in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience; post-high school education encouraged and preferred.
  • Valid, violation-free driver’s license and reliable transportation with required auto insurance coverage.
  • Intermediate proficiency with common software applications, including Microsoft Office and file folder management.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations, with a high level of motivation and a sense of urgency.
  • Strong oral communication skills and the ability to present information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in problem-solving situations.
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and output standards.

Working Conditions and Requirements:

  • Office and warehouse environments with standard lighting, temperature, and noise levels.
  • Some physical effort may be required, including lifting or moving items up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent local car travel; mileage and parking expenses will be reimbursed.
  • Flexible work hours, with most sites operating Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. Some sites may require earlier or later shifts or weekend work.
