We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at No Anchovies as a Cashier/Point of Sale Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a positive and welcoming manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a point of sale system, accurately processing transactions and handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Ensure the accuracy of cash handling and maintain a balanced cash drawer at all times.
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen work area.
  • Stock and clean the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize customer needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 25+ pounds.
  • Ability to reach and bend frequently, as well as maintain a high level of physical activity throughout the shift.
