Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Enter and maintain accurate records of inventory and training data.
  • Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Order Processing: Allocate orders and manage part profiles and inventory records.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports related to inventory and service metrics.
  • Training: Assist in training operators on inventory management systems.
