We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, this is not a 'first job' position. We pride ourselves on having a warm office atmosphere, anyone who is a great asset to their team and is feeling neglected or unsatisfied with their current office would find a great home here.

You have the opportunity to be taught by the retiring employee, who has been in the position for 39 years With a commitment to work before October, you will be able to have a very helpful handoff. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Copy job data to invoices
  • Respond and coordinate with our customers to assist with collecting invoice payments and ensuring our bills are scheduled and paid.
  • The majority of your daily tasks involve data entry and communication with clients that are problem solving missed payments or requesting historical data, like statements and invoices.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or bookkeeping
  • QBO experience is a plus, but a third party offsite completes our bookkeeping. 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
