 This position is part-time, Monday through Friday

The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to assist to drive efficiency and productivity.  The  assistant will play a key role in optimizing processes, managing resources and contributing to the overall success of the company. Key Responsibilities:• Handling shipping and receiving responsibilities.• Overseeing warehouse operations and inventory control.• Coordinating deliveries and occasionally making them.• Posting vendor and customer invoices.• Managing company vehicles and maintaining them.• Organizing and overseeing supplies and janitorial services.• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, yard, office, and recycling.• Assisting the accounting department with filings, invoicing, and other tasks.• Answering incoming calls.• Inputting orders and processing returns. 

In this role, you will primarily work independently.

 

Qualifications:• Must possess a valid California Driver’s License.• High School diploma or equivalent.• Proficiency in English language.• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Quick learner with software and tool usage.
