Full Job Description
Our Condominium is seeking:
An experienced and highly motivated Administrative Assistant for our Condominium in Key Biscayne.
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary support interface for residents and vendors
- Assist with new resident processing and status including distribution of materials: (gate card, keys, procedures, background checks, and web site registration.
- Perform administrative tasks such as phone answering, filing, and record keeping.
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
- Communicate with residents and vendors on workorder scheduling and follow up.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a condominium, previous position as an Assistant preferred
- Strong and effective communicator
- Able to answer questions / resolve complaints successfully and in a timely manner
- Proficient in computer software including but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Capable of supporting multiple simultaneous requests for assistance with projects / initiatives / requests.
- Self-starting individual with strong competencies in teamwork, and initiative.
- Proficient in Spanish and English
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time
Pay: $20 per hour
