Position Overview:
UIG Tanks is seeking a proactive and experienced Sales & Business Development Specialist to join our team in Lake Forest, CA.  This is an in-house position with travel.  We are looking for individuals that reside in Orange County, CA.

This is a critical role where you will be the driving force behind expanding our client base across the USA. You will identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers, including general contractors, engineers, product representatives, and dealers, with a focus on selling our specialized product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with general contractors, engineers, product representatives, and dealers across the USA and beyond.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure new projects and partnerships.
  • Attend tradeshows, industry events, and networking opportunities to represent UIG Tanks and build a robust client network.
  • Understand and communicate the value propositions of UIG Tanks' products and services to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and projects are successfully executed.
  • Provide insights and feedback on market trends and client needs to help drive product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in selling products that involve working with general contractors, civil and structural engineers.
  • Strong network within the construction, engineering, and related industries is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, tradeshows, and industry events both domestically an internationally, sometimes on short notice.
