As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our retail operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What does a day in the life of a Store Manager look like at Mowbility Sales & Service?

As a Store Manager, your main responsibilities will include managing inventory, optimizing store layout, training and supervising staff, and analyzing sales data to drive business growth. You will also be the go-to person for handling customer complaints, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that the store operates in compliance with company policies and procedures. Pay is negotiable and will be based on experience in the outdoor power equipment field.

What are we looking for in a Store Manager?

1. Proven experience in a retail management role
2. Strong leadership and communication skills
3. Ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions
4. Passion for delivering top-notch customer service
5. Every Saturday during the busy season (Mar-Jun) is a must, and every other during the off season (July-Feb)
