We are currently seeking a Service Equipment Specialist to conduct field service and repairs on customer forklifts and material handling machinery. In this role, you will primarily operate independently, utilizing a company-provided service vehicle to reach customer sites, while benefiting from the unwavering support of the entire RION Equipment team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST:

  • Disassemble, assemble, repair, and perform failure analysis on all types of forklifts and material handling equipment, including engines, attachments, electrical systems, hydraulics, transmissions, power trains, brakes, steering, and electronic applications.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot various brands and models of lifts.
  • Interpret and understand schematics for both electrical and hydraulic systems.
  • Execute timely preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Work across diverse customer locations and industry settings.
  • Complete service reports accurately on a daily basis.
