We are looking for a dedicated and diligent Outdoor Maintenance Specialist to ensure the upkeep of our properties. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and take pride in creating safe and attractive environments for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of property grounds, including lawns, pathways, parking areas, and communal spaces.
  • Conduct regular landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, planting, watering, and weeding.
  • Daily removal of debris, trash, and litter from the premises.
  • Ensure all outdoor amenities, including playgrounds and recreational areas, are clean and well-maintained.
  • Assist with minor repair tasks, including painting and pressure washing.
  • Report safety hazards or maintenance issues to management.
  • Operate and care for groundskeeping tools and equipment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
