Premier Placements seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team The Office Support Specialist supports our recruiting team creating a professional, efficient experience for our applicants, employees, and clients.


This role is not remote, our office is located in Marietta, GA.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and voicemails, directing calls to the appropriate extension
  • Upload and manage resumes and applications that are submitted
  • Enter all new client job requests and send out service agreements
  • Maintain records and keep ATS, CRM, and database up to date
  • Document, review, and update applicant, client, and employee information in the database
  • Assist recruiters with client and employee communications regarding scheduling work assignments via phone, email, and text
  • Complete applicant references
  • Greet applicants who arrive at the office, prepare the interview spaces and assist our remote recruiters with new hire paperwork and onboarding
  • Maintain office inventory
  • Monitor and assist recruiters each morning with employee check-in to ensure all temp employees arrive at their assignments.
  • Help create content on Canva and manage social media sites for the company


​Qualifications:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in multi-family property management or an office environment performing clerical duties
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and being able to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Outstanding follow-up skills along with a strong sense of urgency
  • Intermediate to Advanced skill levels for Microsoft Office in Outlook and Word
  • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail along with strong organizational skills
  • Team-oriented and willing to help co-workers when needed
