Insight Global is looking for a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist to provide on-site assistance for a client in the payment processing sector. This role involves managing a significant volume of inbound inquiries from merchants and customers. The specialist will address issues related to hardware, software, and networking for terminal devices and POS systems. Responsibilities include guiding customers through technical problem resolution, processing orders for new and replacement equipment, assisting with software-related challenges, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction by taking ownership of their concerns. This position requires on-site presence five days a week, with the team operating seven days a week, necessitating flexibility in scheduling.
