Looking to quickly fill an Administrative Assistant role in Madison Heights. Our client, a testing solutions company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide a wide range of office operations to support to managers and departments. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible creating technical reports, job reports, and various Microsoft Excel and Word documents.
Pay for the Administrative Assistant will be between $22.00 - $24.00 depending on experience. Work hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. This is a contract to hire position.
Administrative Assistant Job Functions:
- Inputting and tracking job orders
- Creating various data and technical reports using MS Office programs
- Answer telephones
- Scanning and uploading documents
- Other administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- 2+ years administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word (Access a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good problem solving skills
