As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide vital support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily activities. Your role will involve a mix of administrative tasks, from managing schedules and communications to daily reporting and office event coordination. Your attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and proactive approach will be key to thriving in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to office team members including daily operations reporting, managing expenses and processing invoices.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases and records.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas, ordering supplies and catering, and following up on action items.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure confidential information is handled securely.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software and systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
