General Summary:

Provides administrative support to Supported Employment Program including assisting with data entry, billing, document review and updates, and external agency and participant communication.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Tracking and data entry for billing and authorization submission to external funders.
  • Review accuracy of billing reports submitted.
  • Alert accounting on authorization date changes or other anomalies.
  • Assist program staff with tracking of all required documentation dates, consent for release and service plans.
  • Data entry updates for case management databases.
  • Fleet management for two supported employment program vehicles.
  • Enter weekly schedules from Case Managers into Teams files for employee access.
  • Maintain compliance checklist for employment programs.
  • Update DVR portal with new employees and exiting employees
  • Provides administrative support and project work for Supported Employment Program.
  • Onsite assistance for visitors, callers or Goodwill staff.
  • Orders and maintains departmental supplies.
  • Consistently perform all duties within the framework of our Core Values.
Requirements

Required education and/or work experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One-year administrative support experience with exceptional organization skills.
  • Knowledge of supporting people with developmental disabilities, a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
  • Business Acumen: Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and willingness to learn databases.
  • Drive for Results : Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively as needed.
  • Customer Focus: Effectively interact with program participants and team members.
  • Accountability: Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Continuous Improvement: Open-minded, with flexibility to improve quality of output.
