Sales Account Executive

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, Sales Account Executive to join our L.A. County staffing agency. Are you looking for a career change where there is no cap to your income? We are looking for you.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Independent, self-starters, with excellent communication and follow up skills, with a relentless drive to succeed
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding goals
- Committed to continuous education and growth
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and staffing expertise
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets, weekly expectations.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Generate and develop new leads.
- Meet with customers to discuss evolving their needs and assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service – give fantastic service to existing customers.
- Make outbound sales call and be able to close the deal.
- Take ownership and acts decisively to solve problems and deliver results.
- Provide customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and business relationships.
SKILLS
- B2B sales, cold calls, email follow ups.
- Experience with monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Sales representative or sales manager experience.
- Demonstrated ability to hold sales meetings, communicate and present services.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and staffing expertise.
