Position Summary

The Sales Account Executive will focus on re-establishing, qualifying, and nurturing relationships with small to medium-sized clients across various sectors to drive sales of machinery, parts, and service solutions. This role primarily targets customers with a limited number of equipment.

Compensation

The starting salary will be commensurate with experience and education, ranging from $50,000 to $75,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Proactively manage a designated account base, utilizing phone communication as the primary tool for qualification and relationship development.
  • Call Frequency: Maintain a minimum of 120 calls weekly, dedicating four days to customer outreach and reserving one day for personal training and development.
  • Database Accuracy: Ensure precise customer account information and machine inventory, facilitating targeted sales efforts and tracking of account goals.
  • Service Promotion: Advocate for all dealership offerings, including machinery, parts, services, and customer agreements.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads for machinery and parts, directing relevant opportunities to the external sales team.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Relationship Development: Serve as the primary contact for customers, fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing personal development, setting and achieving monthly and yearly objectives aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, along with two to three years of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
